What Is a Culture Walk?
A Culture Walk is a worker-organized and led event to look for visible and less visible signs of gaps in equity, safety & respect in the workplace. Visible factors may include displays, such as sexually explicit calendars or pictures. Less visible factors may include practices that routinely sideline and deny leadership opportunities to women, people of color & LGBTQ workers.
